The NFL Annual Draft is held in New York City, New York, in the spring of each year. In the upcoming 2009 Draft, it will be held April 25 and 26. Rounds 1 and 2 are selected on Saturday and Rounds 3-7 are selected on Sunday. Undrafted players are able to sign a Free Agent Contract the moment the Draft is over on Sunday. The order of the Draft is decided based on regular season records. In other words, the team selecting first in the 1st Round is the team that had the worst record in the preceding year. Subsequently the team drafting last, or 32nd, in the 1st Round is the Super Bowl Winner.
